Refunds
Goods sold are not refundable. For exchange or enquiries, please email us at service@krftd.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@krftd.com.
Please note all postage or shipping charges on exchanges will have to be arranged and borne by customer.
Shipping
Shipping can take up to 3-4 working days from the order date. It is always best to have your parcel delivered to an address where someone will be available to receive it.
If you are sending to a business address, please be specific in stating the level and department it is designated to, and the best time of delivery.
- Spend of below $100: $5.00 local delivery
- Spend of $100 and above: free local delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within Singapore only. For orders outside of Singapore, please email service@krftd.com.
